OUT LIKE A POLAR BEAR . . .

Three days of gray skies and wet stuff falling from the sky. But the real story here in Makaha is about yesterday's (Sunday, April 30) temperatures – a record low low and a record low high. Sunday morning the mercury dipped down to 57 degrees, according to LocalConditions.com, with Sunday's high topping out at 67. Folks everywhere on Oahu were donning heavy winter coats (well, those who had them!) and shivering 'neath plastic ponchos, or other rain-shedding devices, trying to stay dry.

But what a difference a day makes! Back to about-normal temps and sunny, blue skies.

And here's the makai (seaward) view. Yep, paradise once again!
