An Autumnal Poem -

FALLING FOR A TREAT-FULL SEASON . . .

No pumpkins for carving

no frost on the eaves,

no leaves showing color,

no crisp air to breathe.

No windshield scraping,

no salting the drive,

just soft, pleasant trade winds

makes one feel alive.

Holidays nearing,

festivities begin,

here in the tropics

the weather's not grim.

Instead there is sunshine

and warm, pleasant days,

a treat-filled fall season,

we're happy to say!
