ANOTHER MULLIGAN FOR MAKAHA? . . .
It's just been announced that famous pro-golfer Tiger Woods will design and breath new life into the former Makaha Resort. Of course this type of declaration is somewhat of a redo (or mulligan), as just a couple of years ago, another famous pro-golfer, Greg Norman, proclaimed the same thing. Tiger's vision is for two separate courses, one for recreational players and another, more challenging facility, for serious golfers. The development will also feature diversified housing, with single and multi-family units as part of the mix. Will Wood's ideas ever become reality? How long can you hold your breath?
